These Terms & Conditions cover your use of ksqure.xyz and participation in the KSqure SMS program, operated by KSqure LLC. Separate signed service agreements govern purchased services where applicable.
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or submit information you lack authority to share. Website content is general information; specific service scope, pricing, and commitments are established in the applicable service agreement. Website materials belong to their respective owners.
Program and purpose. KSqure sends SMS inquiry responses, appointment reminders, customer support messages, and service or project updates to people who have opted in. This program does not include promotional messages.
Enrollment and consent. You enroll by providing your mobile number and expressly choosing SMS consent through our designated signup process. Providing a number alone or accepting general website terms does not enroll you. You must be authorized to use the number provided. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your requests and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan's charges.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any program message to unsubscribe. We may send one final confirmation. No additional program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Delivery and number changes. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Notify us if you change or relinquish your enrolled number.
Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information: https://ksqure.xyz/privacy-policy. SMS consent applies to KSqure and does not enroll you in another brand's program.
